Dylan Moran

Got my copy of Dylan Moran's Monster DVD. It's sooo funny. He's brilliant - this guy. I wish there had been some extra stuff on it though. Ok, so there are some drawings, and a mock interview.. But some behind the scenes stuff or something.. But the show is brilliant.

On releasing your potential: "You should stay away from your potential. I mean that is something you should leave absoulutely alone. You'll mess it up. It's potential - leave it. And anyway, it's like your bank balance, you know, you've always have a lot less than you think"
On the song Funk Soul Brother: "I'm not saying it's a bad song, you know, or anything like that. All I'm saying is that you could get, I don't know.. a broom say.. dip it in some brake fluid and... put the other end up my arse and... stick me on a trampoline in a moving lift and I would write a better song on the wall."
On religion: "So I respect all the differences, you know. But I will say that if you believe in any of it you're a moron.... the thing is, to me it is just people talking to their imaginary friend - at length.... I don't mind that, whatever gets you off you know. But some of them are world leaders"

Keep hearing rumors that they are doing a sequel to the Usual Suspect and Se7en.. God, I hope that's not true. Why can't they just leave good movies alone... Speaking of sequels.. The new version of the Band Aid song is not very good. Not that I like the first one either.. It's so stupid.. "There won't be snow in Africa this Christmas time........Feed the world. Do they know it's christmas time at all"... I know it's for a good cause, but couldn't they have made a better, not so cheesy song..
